Bob Ward Homes has opened two new model townhouses at Southridge at Owings Mills New Town.

The townhouses -- the Montgomery and the Calvert -- are two of the four styles available. However, with the grand opening of these two, the company is offering a finished lower-level recreation room free, along with other incentives such as $3,000 toward closing or options. Prices for these models start at $115,900, or $120,900 with a garage.

Of the other two floor plans, one starts at $109,900 for 1,800 square feet, while the other -- featuring a first-floor master bedroom suite -- starts at $131,900 for 1,500 square feet.

Bob Ward Homes has been given the EPA's "ENERGY STAR" designation, certifying that its homes use at least 30 percent less energy than required by the Model Energy Code.
