Beckett Green offers seven floor plans in four-story, elevator-equipped buildings that will feature six residences on each level. Gas heat and hot water are standard in the Baltimore County development.

The largest home offered is the 1,949-square-foot Beckett. The base price is $125,900 for a second-floor unit, $126,900 for a third-floor unit and $127,900 for a unit on the fourth.

Occupying the front of the condo is a foyer with guest closet, 10-by-10-foot den, utility room, living and dining rooms (both 12 by 16 feet), 10-by-16-foot kitchen with work island, 18-by-17-foot family room, pantry/storage room and balcony.
