The 1997 edition of the Carroll County Facts Book developed by the Office of Information and Communication Services is available.
The book contains a variety of information on the county, such as population and housing figures, education, agriculture, government, recreation and community services.
Books cost $30 per subscription, which includes shipping and handling, updates and reduced rates for yearly renewals.
