Springhouse Station

Regency Homes has opened a model of the Huntington, one of three Colonial houses the firm is building on one-sixth acre to quarter-acre lots at Springhouse Station, in the White Marsh area of Baltimore County.

Gas heat and nine-foot first-floor ceilings are standard.

For a base price of $204,900, the Huntington has 2,175 square feet. The living and dining rooms are both 11 by 10 feet.

A two-story foyer with an angled staircase, double garage, 12-by-10-foot kitchen, 10-by-9-foot breakfast area and 17-by-13-foot family room complete the first floor.

Upstairs the owner's suite has a walk-in closet, a 17-by-13-foot bedroom and bath with dual vanities and a separate shower.

There are two additional bedrooms, a laundry area and a full hall bath.

With 1,975 square feet and a beginning price of $189,900, the Wind-ridge is the smallest and least expensive home Regency is building at Springhouse Station.

The master suite has a 17-by-14-bedroom, walk-in closet and full bath.

A second full bath, linen closet and two more bedrooms are also on the second floor.

The Windsor is a 2,400-square-foot home with four bedrooms and a starting price of $219,900.

Each house has an unfinished basement.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Take Interstate 695 to Interstate 95 north, to Route 43 west (White Marsh Boulevard), to a left on Perry Hall Boulevard, to a left on Bucks School House Road (which becomes Babikow Road), to models on the left.
