Ten people were arrested Wednesday and several vehicles were seized as the result of a 15-month investigation by the Harford County Joint Narcotics Task Force, police said yesterday.
Officials served 18 warrants in Harford, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties. Arrested were:
Aaron N. Mathis, 28, of the 100 block of Laburnum Road in Edgewood, charged with possession of marijuana.
Juan C. Alford, 27, of the 700 block of Paul Drive in Edgewood, charged with possession of marijuana.
Antangelo D. Smith, 27, of the 400 block of Washington St. in Aberdeen, charged with possession of marijuana.
David F. Kelley, whose age was not available, of the 100 block of S. Parke St. in Aberdeen, charged with possession of marijuana.
Calvin G. Watters Jr., 29, and Durce D. Watters, whose age was not available, both of the 6600 block of Collinsdale Road in Towson, each charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. A TEC-9 assault weapon and $2,600 were seized.
Genaya L. Jamerson, 24, of the 600 block of McKewin Ave. in Baltimore, charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Philip A. Buchanan, 21, of the first block of Breslin Court in Rosedale, charged with intent to distribute cocaine.
Ajanunu J. King and Shamil A. King, whose ages were not available, both of the 100 block of Osborn Road in Aberdeen, each charged with possession of a controlled, dangerous substance.
Two businesses -- Selections, in the 100 block of E. Bel Air Ave. in Aberdeen, and Fademasters, on U.S. 40 in Edgewood -- and nine homes were searched. Eleven vehicles were seized.
The operation was the effort of authorities from Harford and Baltimore counties, Baltimore City, the Maryland State Police and the Maryland National Guard.
