O's Look For `Good 5' From Coppinger Today

April 23, 1997|By Roch Kubatko

Coppinger gave the Orioles four great ones out of the bullpen last Wednesday in Chicago, allowing three hits and no walks. It was his first appearance since coming off the disabled list.

"He's throwing better now than he was back in spring training," Johnson said.
