Rockland Square II

Feaga Custom Homes has opened a model of the Ashburn at Rockland Square in Ellicott City, where the firm is building 12 traditional homes on one-third to one-half-acre lots.

Gas heat, cooking and hot water are standard in the Howard County community.

Other features Feaga includes with homes at Rockland Square are two-zone heating, copper plumbing, security system and hardwood foyer floors.

With 2,200 square feet and a beginning price of $239,900, the Ashburn is the smallest and least expensive house Feaga is building at Rockland Square.

At the front of the home there is a two-car garage, 12-by-11-foot dining room, two-story foyer, coat closet and 12-by-11-foot living room.

Across the rear you find a laundry room, powder room, kitchen, breakfast area and 19-by-13-foot family room with gas fireplace.

A 17-by-13-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, separate shower, linen closet and privacy toilet make up the second-floor master suite.

Three more bedrooms, a linen closet and a full hall bath complete the second floor.

The Patuxent, a 3,075-square-foot home with a first-floor owner's suite and a $304,600 price tag is the largest home Feaga is offering at Rockland Square.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday.

Take U.S. 40 west to U.S. 29 north, to a right on Route 99 to a left on Faber Way, to a left on Stansway Court to sales center on the left.
