Three men and a Pasadena youth were arrested yesterday in the gang rape of two runaways, ages 11 and 13, at a house in the 7700 block of Fox Court in Pasadena.

William James Young, 19, of the 1200 block of Wilson Road, Justin Aaron Wagner, 20, of the 1100 block of Wilson Road and John William Persinger II, 19, of the Fox Court address were charged with first-degree rape and were being held without bond at the county detention center.

The youth, 16, was charged as a juvenile with second-degree assault. It was unclear whether he was released to his parents.

Police said the girls ran away Tuesday after the older one was suspended from school and stayed at the Fox Court house with Persinger, a man the younger girl had known a few weeks.

Wednesday afternoon, two men, ages 19 and 20, and a youth arrived. Later that night, the men and the youth began drinking liquor and smoking marijuana, police said. The girls told police they did not drink. The attacks began about midnight, police said.

The girls, both from Pasadena, left the house Thursday and called police, who sent them to North Arundel Hospital, where they were treated and released.

Police raided the Fox Court home about 2: 30 a.m. yesterday and arrested the suspects.
