Bob Ward Homes has opened the fifth section at Castlestone at White Marsh, where the firm is building four different three-level townhouses, including one with a first-floor master bedroom.

The Gunpowder is a side-entry, end unit townhouse with 1,600 square feet and a beginning price of $129,900. At the front of the entry level, there is a master suite with a walk-in closet, 17-by-12-foot bedroom and full bath with dual vanities.

A laundry room, linen and guest closets, 13-by-13-foot living room, 10-by-13-foot dining room and 8-by-14-foot kitchen with pantry are also on the first floor.
