Sykesville man wins Geo Tracker in raffle for Action for the Homeless

Charlie Frock of Sykesville was the winner of a 1996 Geo Tracker in a raffle that raised $5,000 for Action for the Homeless.

The vehicle was donated by Heritage Automotive Group, whose owner, Jerry Fader, selected Action for the Homeless as the beneficiary of the raffle proceeds.

Frock gave the vehicle to his 16-year-old daughter.
