Michael A. Oldaker, 32, of the 800 block of Pontiac Ave. was charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of Park Elementary School.

Neighbors told police about 8: 30 a.m. that there was a suspicious car on their street. When police arrived, they found Oldaker in the passenger seat of a 1988 Oldsmobile and spotted the brass pipe, police said.
