Two teen-agers were arrested last week and charged with robbing a man in the public restroom at The Mall in Columbia.

James Brian Hall, who lives in the 6100 block of Little Foxes Run in Long Reach village, told Howard County police that he was followed into the bathroom by two youths about 8: 30 p.m. Friday.

According to a police report, Hall said the boys accosted him when he tried to leave the restroom and took his watch, chain, pager and an unknown amount of cash.

Police said a 17-year-old Columbia boy and his 16-year-old friend from Baltimore were later arrested in the wooded area near the Tor Apartments on Stevens Forest Road.
