Mt. Hebron edges St. Mary's in OT

Tracey Bounds and Chrissy Lombard scored goals in overtime to lift fifth-ranked Mount Hebron to an 11-9 victory over No. 2 St. Mary's in yesterday's championship game of the Mount Hebron Tournament in Ellicott City.

In the consolation game, Baldwinsville, N.Y., defeated Fallston, 10-8. The Cougars dropped their opener against St. Mary's, 22-9.

Fallston coach Gina Hormes was pleased with her team's play, especially in the first half against St. Mary's when the Cougars trailed by only 10-6 at halftime. Fran Amasia, who had five goals in the tournament, Kate Simon and Christy Peterson all had solid games for Fallston.
