Eric Kittle scored with seven seconds left in overtime as Chesapeake-Anne Arundel upset No. 6 Broadneck, 10-9, yesterday in a boys lacrosse game.
The senior attackman finished with two goals and three assists. Rob Bookhamer added four goals and an assist for the Cougars (4-2).
The Bruins fell to 2-2.
No. 15 North County 7, Southern-AA 4: Joe Mocarsky scored three goals and had two assists to lead the Knights (4-2) over the host Bulldogs (4-2).
Girls
Hereford 16, No. 15 Catonsville 10: Senior Portia Gotwalt scored five goals to lead the Bulls to an upset of the host Comets (1-2).
Senior goalie Jen White stopped 13 shots for Hereford.
No. 3 Annapolis 19, Glen Burnie 0: Susan Berotti and Kristin Kapusta each notched four scores as the Panthers cruised to a 4-1 victory over the visiting Gophers (0-3).
No. 6 St. Paul's 17, Friends 3: Junior midfielder Francoise Gordon scored five goals and senior attackman Mills Hook added four more to help the Gators roll to a road win.
Sophomore attackman Maron Deering led the Quakers with two goals.
No. 14 Towson 17, Pikesville 2: Lindsay Buchanan had three goals and three assists and Eva Synkowski and Katie Dolan each added three goals as the Generals overwhelmed the host Panthers.
