I HOPE everyone enjoys the chocolates they receive today. I'm not a chocolate person myself, and my children prefer licorice and Sweet-tarts. Still, I wound up melting more than 20 pounds of the stuff to make eggs and molded candies for friends and relatives this Easter.
Once you start something like this, it becomes a tradition, and everyone comes to expect homemade candies for Easter. But, it is fun. So if you received homemade chocolates as a present, be sure to thank that person -- or thank them again. They probably poured their time and heart into your candy.
