Aellen publishes second edition of her wine cookbook

Lucille Aellen, vice president of Berrywine Plantations, has published the second edition of her "Cooking With Wine" cookbook.

This 165-page edition includes 154 recipes in various categories. The book has been redesigned in a loose-leaf format so new recipes can be easily added.

The cookbook is available for $15 at Linganore Winecellars, 13601 Glisan's Mill Road, Mount Airy. Books can be ordered by mail for $18.75.
