Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Central District

Burglary/arrest: A man was arrested shortly after he entered Cut Creators in the 200 block of W. Mulberry St.through a window Sunday. No property was reported stolen. Police seized 16 vials and plastic bags containing suspected narcotics from the man.

Theft: An undisclosed large sum of money was stolen from the office of Sbarro Italian Eatery at The Gallery in the 200 block of E. Pratt St. on Sunday.

Burglary/arrest: A man was arrested after he entered Stefany's beauty salon in the 200 block of W. Mulberry St. on Saturday and stole $500 worth of beauty supplies and equipment.

Southeastern District

Bank robbery: An unarmed man robbed the Canton branch of Provident Bank of Maryland in the 2900 block of O'Donnell St. about noon yesterday. He wore a hook earring in his left ear, a hard hat, reflector sunglasses and a blue and white jacket.

Robbery: A man and woman were in the 1500 block of Elrino St. about 8 p.m. Sunday when two men wearing ski masks robbed them of $200.

Robbery: A man was in the 100 block of S. Broadway about 6 p.m. Sunday when a man shoved him to the pavement and robbed him of more than $50.

Robbery/arrest: Police arrested a teen-age boy and were seeking another youth in the robbery at gunpoint of a man in the 1600 block of Shakespeare St. about midnight yesterday.

Eastern District

Arsons: Fires were set in three adjoining vacant houses in the 400 block of E. North Ave. Sunday afternoon, causing at least $7,000 damage.

Theft: A woman was in the 2500 block of E. Madison St. about 4: 15 p.m. Sunday when a man stole her purse containing cash and property valued at $35.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a woman of her purse and property on a parking lot in the 2300 block of E. Chase St. about 10: 30 a.m. Sunday.

Northeastern District

Theft from vehicle: A radar detector valued at $60 was stolen Sunday from a 1995 Mitsubishi parked in the 1300 block of Meridene Drive.

Western District

Theft: Police were seeking a 21-year-old woman who entered a house in the 2100 block of W. Lafayette Ave. on Sunday and stole cash and clothing, all valued at nearly $700.

Northern District

Theft from vehicle: Property valued at $200 was stolen Sunday from a 1996 Nissan Sentra parked in the 3600 block of Greenmount Ave.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder, television and a radio were stolen Sunday from an apartment in the 3900 block of Parkview Ave.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: A guitar and an amplifier, all valued at $1,000, was stolen from a car in a garage in the 12800 block of Dulaney Valley Road on Sunday.

Cockeysville Precinct

Stolen vehicle: A 1991 Plymouth Voyager with tags 910881M was stolen Sunday from the Hess gas station in the 9700 block of York Road. The owner left the keys in the ignition.

Wilkens Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Shell station in the 900 block of Frederick Ave. in Catonsville about 11 p.m. Sunday.
