Peter M. Kreindler,vice president, exercised an option for 21,000 shares of common at between $27.04 and $34.35 each from Feb. 13 to Feb. 18 and sold 30,000 shares between $72.76 and $72.79 each from Feb. 13 to Feb. 18. He now directly and indirectly holds 5,918 common.

Paul R. Schindler,divisional officer, exercised an option for 20,000 shares of common at between $35.57 and $38.75 each from Feb. 12 to Feb. 19 and sold them for between $72.29 and $74.69 each from Feb. 12 to Feb. 19. He now directly holds 1,050 common.

Dennis G. Heiner,vice president, exercised an option for 14,400 shares of common at an unreported price Feb. 12. To cover expenses of the transaction, Heiner turned in 5,105 of them for $33.13 each Feb. 12 and now directly and indirectly holds 32,952 common.
