Nora Roberts, who lives in Western Maryland, has written over a hundred novels of romance. She will be participating in the Washington Romance Writers spring retreat in Columbia, Md. and, along with 15 other novelists, the mega-bookstore signing that coincides at the Snowden River Square Borders on April 25.
