Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Western District

Shootings: Three men on bicycles shot two teen-age girls Wednesday night in the 1200 block of W. Lexington St. One girl was shot in the mouth and was in fair condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where the other girl was treated for a wound to the right foot and released.

Eastern District

Shooting: A 16-year-old boy was arguing with a woman in the 900 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. when a man shot him in the left side Wednesday. The victim was listed in critical condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Southwestern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a sawed-off shotgun, robbed the Kentucky Fried Chicken in the 3800 block of Wilkens Ave. at 9: 15 p.m. Wednesday.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A man was in the 3600 block of W. Belvedere Ave. about 7 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of his wallet and $22.

Central District

Robbery try/arrest: An 18-year-old woman was arrested yesterday after she tried to rob a 64-year-old Royal Cab driver in the 300 block of W. Baltimore St., where she lives. After hailing the cab in the 400 block of E. Baltimore St. and arriving outside her apartment about 4 a.m., the woman pressed a sharp object to the driver's head and demanded his money. Naomi Jean Pontico was charged with assault with intent to rob. She was being held at the Central Booking and Intake Center.

Burglary: Sixty dollars were stolen from Kobe's restaurant in the 1000 block of N. Charles St. on Wednesday. Entry was gained by breaking a glass door valued at $300. The burglary was recorded a security camera.

Theft from vehicle: A camcorder, lap-top computer, compact disc player and 44 compact discs, all valued at nearly $4,000, were stolen Wednesday from a 1987 Chevrolet sedan parked in the first block of E. Franklin St.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A computer battery pack valued at $2,000 was stolen Mar. 1 from a dormitory room at Goucher College in the 1000 block of Dulaney Valley Road. The incident was reported Wednesday.

Parkville Precinct

Burglary: Tools of unknown value were stolen from a garage in the 8800 block of Avondale Road late last year. The burglary was reported Wednesday.

North Point Precinct

Shooting: During an altercation among several people in the 7200 block of E. Baltimore St. on Wednesday night, someone fired a handgun, causing a grazing wound to a teen-age girl's hand. She was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and released.

Theft: Police were seeking a woman who entered an apartment in the 3000 block of Liberty Parkway on Wednesday and stole jewelry valued at more than $4,000.

For the Record

Drug probe: After the arrest Monday of a couple suspected of distributing cocaine from their home in the 6500 block of Hartwait St. in East Baltimore, police continue to probe the alleged drug operation. Sgt. Dorsey McVicker said officers seized $72,000, powdered and crack cocaine valued at $10,000, three firearms and two cars. Lewis Gilley, 26, and his wife, Nicole Poyner, 22, were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
