A woman was killed and her twin brother critically injured yesterday when the car her brother was driving struck several barriers on Interstate 95 near the city-Baltimore County line, said a spokeswoman for the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.

Estratios Tsoulfidis, 24, of the 400 block of S. Bonsal St. was driving a 1967 Chevrolet south on I-95 near Moravia Road about 2: 30 a.m. when he lost control of the car and struck several barriers next to the left lane, said Kerry Brandt, the spokeswoman.

Brandt said that Anna Tsoulfidou, of the same address was pronounced dead at the scene and that her brother was listed in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center yesterday. The southbound lane was closed about an hour, Brandt said.
