Arundel police charge 3 with lewd conduct

In response to complaints of lewd behavior in restrooms, undercover Anne Arundel County police on stakeouts arrested three men at two Glen Burnie shopping malls Saturday.

Police said George C. Payeur, 57, of the 200 block of Lake Riviera Drive in Pasadena was arrested about 7: 45 p.m. after he allegedly exposed himself to an undercover officer at the Harundale Mall. He was charged with indecent exposure, police said.

About two hours earlier at Marley Station Mall, Robert M. Hopkins, 41, of the 200 block of Silverleaf Court in Arnold, allegedly exposed himself to an officer and was arrested after a struggle, police said. Hopkins was charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest, police said.

Minutes earlier in the same Marley Station bathroom, police arrested Ralph A. Carroll, 33, of the 600 block of Crucible Court, Millersville, after he allegedly solicited an officer for a lewd act. He was charged with soliciting for lewdness, police said. Bail information was not available.
