Outlook: The Sixers just finished a West Coast trip in which they lost three of four games, including Sunday night's 112-95 defeat at Portland in which G Jerry Stackhouse was held to 16 points on 3-for-11 shooting. Rookie G Allen Iverson (21.4 ppg) is the team's top scorer, but in two games during the trip he saw limited fourth-quarter minutes, and didn't even play in the fourth quarter of a close win over Vancouver. Washington F Chris Webber (19.6 ppg, 9.9 rpg) is coming off of his second triple double of the season in Saturday night's 118-108 win over Golden State, the Bullets' second victory in their past three games. The Bullets beat the Sixers, 88-76, on Nov. 22. The teams will meet again Sunday at USAir Arena.
