Bobo, Pendergrass to detail legislation on women's health

Two Howard County state delegates -- Democrats Elizabeth Bobo and Shane Pendergrass -- will hold a community meeting to inform constituents about pending legislation on women's health issues at 8 p.m. today in Kahler Hall in Columbia's Harper's Choice Village Center.

The bills deal with diagnosis of osteoporosis and education about the disease, and minimum length of stay in the hospital after breast cancer surgery.

Bobo represents most of western Columbia and parts of Ellicott City and Elkridge. Residents with questions or concerns may reach her at 997-2626.
