Sykesville: Firefighters from Gamber, Winfield and West Friendship in Howard County assisted Sykesville at 6: 16 a.m. Tuesday, responding to a fire in the 7300 block of Second Ave. Units were out 20 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 8: 43 a.m. Tuesday to a fire alarm in the 5400 block of Emerald Drive. Units were out 26 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 9: 42 a.m. Tuesday to a carbon monoxide alarm in the 600 block of Green Valley Way. Units were out 26 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters from Gamber, Winfield and West Friendship assisted Sykesville at 2: 42 p.m. Tuesday, responding to a refrigeration gas leak in the 6300 block of Georgetown Blvd. Units were out an hour and a half.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 6: 10 p.m. Monday to a trash container fire in the 6400 block of Ridge Road. Units were out 45 minutes.

Sykesville: Firefighters responded at 4: 17 p.m. Monday to a child locked in a car in the 1900 block of Gardenia St. Units were out 28 minutes.

Gamber: Firefighters from Sykesville and Winfield assisted Gamber at 2: 14 p.m. Monday, responding to a house fire in the 5200 block of Stone Mill Court. Units were out 38 minutes.
