After five days of testimony and 2 1/2 hours of deliberation, a jury found Jesus Ibarra Rodriguez, 38, of Brooklyn Park guilty of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana yesterday.

Federal prosecutors had said that Rodriguez supplied John Baumgarten Sr. and his two sons, who were charged with heading a drug ring that smuggled 110 pounds of cocaine and an unknown amount of marijuana into Anne Arundel County over the last five years.

Rodriguez pleaded guilty to the drug charges Feb. 10 but later changed his mind. He is to be sentenced May 16.
