ABC, tired for the moment of plugging Disney World on its shows, goes for the next best thing: this time, it's off to Vega$! Excited? Me neither.

"Grace Under Fire" (8 p.m.-8: 30 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Brett Butler and company start off the high-rolling evening, as Grace accompanies her mother-in-law to Vegas and is mildly disturbed when the older woman finds both a new love and a new place to live. Somehow, Drew Carey, Jerry Van Dyke of "Coach" and Joely Fisher and Jeremy Piven of "Ellen" work their way into the plot. ABC.

"National Geographic's 'Asteroids: Deadly Impact' " (8 p.m.-9 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) -- Some day, we're told, a big rock is going to hit the Earth, and the results won't be pretty. Explosive stuff. NBC.

"The Sentinel" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., WNUV, Channel 54) -- The dude with the heightened senses goes after the Russian mob. UPN.

"In the Wild" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., MPT, Channels 22 and 67) -- Richard Dreyfuss visits one of the most fascinating places on Earth, the Galapagos Islands. PBS.

"Grammy Awards" (8 p.m.-11 p.m., WJZ, Channel 13) -- Ellen DeGeneres is the host for this 39th annual ceremony honoring achievers in the recording industry. CBS.

"Coach" (8: 30 p.m.-9 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Luther (Jerry Van Dyke) goes to Vegas to invest his life savings in an auction of Elvis memorabilia -- where he butts heads with mean, scheming Mimi from "The Drew Carey Show." Somehow, Drew Carey, along with Joely Fisher and Jeremy Piven of "Ellen," work their way into the plot. ABC.

"The Drew Carey Show" (9 p.m.-9: 30 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Drew, in Vegas for a convention, loses his luggage and his money. Oh, he also gets married. Somehow, Brett Butler, Jerry Van Dyke of "Coach" and Joely Fisher and Jeremy Piven of "Ellen" work their way into the plot. ABC.

"Party of Five" (9 p.m.-10 p.m., WBFF, Channel 45) -- Bailey's season-long battle with alcohol reaches its inevitable conclusion. Fox.

"Ellen" (9: 30 p.m.-10 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Ellen decides to stop lying to her grandmother, while Paige treats Spence to a Vegas weekend. Somehow, Drew Carey and Brett Butler work '' their way into the plot. ABC.

"Law & Order" (10 p.m.-11 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) -- An ex-cop is killed, and all the evidence points to a pair of high-class hookers who moonlight as suburban housewives. Elaine Stritch returns in her Emmy-winning role as women's rights attorney Lanie Stiegleitz. NBC.

"Steals & Deals: Love & Lust On the Internet" (7: 30 p.m.-8 p.m., CNBC) -- Janice Lieberman offers a behind-the-scenes look at cyber-sex Web sites.

"Inside the Actors Studio" (10 p.m.-11 p.m., Bravo) -- Christopher Reeve, in one of his lengthier post-accident interviews, chats it .. up with Jim Lipton, dean of the New York school for actors.
