Bandits today

February 23, 1997

Opponent: Springfield Falcons

Site: Baltimore Arena

Time: 5 p.m. Radio: WWLG (1360 AM), WASA (1330 AM)

Outlook: The Falcons are in the midst of a stretch of four games in five days, the last two at home against teams with winning records, Portland and Kentucky. They have a losing record on the road, 11-15-3, but got a win here in December, 4-3. Springfield keeps losing its top goalie, Scott Langkow, to callups by the Hartford Whalers, but is in good hands with Manny Legace in the net. This game marks the three-quarter point of the season for the Bandits.
