Hopkins wins, claims Centennial title

Matt Gorman scored 16 points and grabbed 20 rebounds as Johns Hopkins captured the Centennial Conference regular-season title last night with a 52-49 victory over Dickinson before 1,650 in Carlisle, Pa.

Wes Unseld added 11 points for the Blue Jays (17-7, 10-3).

The Red Devils (15-9, 9-4) were led by Josh Loveall with 12 points.

Hopkins outscored Dickinson 12-1 from the foul line.
