City police arrested a Westminster man yesterday on charges stemming from a continuing investigation of drug trafficking in the area.

The charges also include four counts of possession or distribution of fake crack cocaine, police said.

The suspect surrendered after learning that he had been wanted for several weeks, police said. An undercover officer made several purchases of allegedly illegal drugs during the investigation, police said.
