NV Homes has opened its second section at Wynnewood, where the firm is building nine models of Colonial homes on 80 1-acre and 1 1/2 -acre lots in the Anne Arundel County community of Davidsonville.

A first-floor owner's suite with a 15-by-16-foot bedroom, walk-in closet, linen closet and bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanities and privacy toilet sets the 3,045-square-foot Pendergras apart from the other houses NV Homes is offering at Wynnewood.

For a base price of $365,000, the entry level includes a 13-by-15-foot living room, 13-by-15-foot dining room, two-story foyer, coat closet, laundry and powder rooms, 16-by-19-foot two-level family room with wood-burning fireplace, kitchen with work island and pantry, 11-by-11-foot dinette and two-car garage.

Upstairs, the 19-by-14-foot second bedroom has a full shower bath. Two other bedrooms share a full bath.

There is an unfinished basement.

An angled 29-by-19-foot two-level family room with a gas fireplace is the focal point in the Leesburg, which starts at $395,000 for 3,954 square feet.

Completing the first floor are 15-by-18-foot dining and living rooms set off by decorator columns, a 16-by-15-foot study, powder room, 10-by-16-foot kitchen with pantry, 15-by-13-foot breakfast area, laundry room with a chute from the second floor, rear staircase and a two-car garage. The second-floor master suite has a 12-by-9-foot sitting room, dual walk-in closets, 26-by-16-foot bedroom with tray ceiling and bath with his-and-her vanities, privacy toilet, soaking tub and separate shower.

Ryan's Tremont model offers 1,500 square feet on three finished levels for a base price of $95,690.

All appliances, including a washer and dryer, radon caulking and sub-slab ventilation system, an air cleaner, sprinkler system and smoke detectors are among the standard features in the homes.

The first floor has a 12-by-16-foot living room, foyer, coat closet, 8-by-10-foot kitchen, 7-by-12-foot dinette and powder room.

Upstairs, the 13-by-11-foot owner's bedroom has his-and-her closets and a private entry to the bathroom, which can also be reached via the hallway.

There is a 12-by-11-foot second bedroom and a linen closet.

A 14-by-18-foot family room, laundry room and storage area occupy the lower level.
