Man seriously hurt in shooting near bar

A 34-year-old man was seriously wounded last night in a shooting outside a Northwest Baltimore bar, police said.

Two men left a bar at Liberty Heights and Rogers avenues about 10: 40 p.m., and one man pulled out a gun and shot the other in the chest and neck, police said.

The victim was taken to Sinai Hospital in Northwest Baltimore. Neither his name nor his condition was available last night.

The gunman escaped in a burgundy car, police said.
