Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Central District

Robbery/arrests: Two men robbed three male occupants of an apartment building in the 1900 block of Eutaw St. of nearly $500 Tuesday and were arrested after police found them hiding in the basement. Hosea Tomlin, 22, of the 4700 block of Vancouver Road and Willie King, 23, of the 100 block of N. Schroeder St. were charged with armed robbery, theft and deadly weapon offenses.

Theft: A 12-gauge shotgun with serial No. L1608355, a .45 caliber assault rifle with serial No. 57765 and three camcorders, all valued at nearly $3,000, were stolen from the vault at Northwest Loans in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Ave. between Jan. 11 and Feb. 11.

Burglary: A 19-inch television, videocassette recorder and a clock radio, all valued at more than $400, were stolen Wednesday from an apartment in the 2300 block of Mount Royal Terrace.

Robbery: A man was waiting for a bus in the 700 block of Park Ave. yesterday when two men asked him for a cigarette. When the victim said he didn't smoke, the men struck him with their hands and robbed him of $35. The victim was treated at Maryland General Hospital.

Theft: Computer equipment and a videocassette recorder, all valued at more than $2,300, were stolen Wednesday from the Baltimore Business Journal in the 100 block of Water St.

Northwestern District

Arson: A fire was set inside a house in the 5500 block of Kennison Ave. Wednesday, causing extensive damage. Two firefighters suffered minor injuries battling the fire and were treated at the scene. Investigators found a gas can in the house but no arrests had been made.

Stolen car: A 1987 Toyota with vanity tags FMA 2584 was stolen Tuesday in the 3300 block of Garrison Blvd.

Stolen car: A 1981 Oldsmobile Delta 88 with tags CVJ 149 was stolen Wednesday in the 3100 block of Milford Ave.

Southwestern District

Burglary: A .22 caliber rifle, watches and other property, all valued at nearly $700, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 3600 block of Winterbourne Road.

Theft: A leather coat, cash and a wallet, all valued at more than $300, were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 1600 block of Hilton St.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Meat worth $60 was stolen Wednesday from a storage locker at the North Point Inn & Restaurant in the 200 block of North Point Road.

Towson Precinct

Stolen car: A 1993 Jeep Cherokee with tags 807424M and valued at $15,000 was stolen Wednesday in the 6600 block of English Oak Road.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: A television cable box, remote control device, videocassette recorder, television and a radio were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 9000 block of Meadow Heights Road.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: Two men robbed the Subway carryout in the 1100 block of Rolling Road on Wednesday. The robbers implied they were armed.

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the Super Fresh market in the 7100 block of Security Blvd. at closing time Wednesday. Before escaping, the robbers forced four male employees into a trailer parked in back of the store.
