Police said that the racist and obscene graffiti were actually a personal attack on a Howard High School assistant principal.

William Francis Holderman of the 600 block of Hallmark Drive in Glen Burnie was charged with six counts of destruction of property and two counts of burglary.

Howard High senior Cory Lee Lafon of the 400 block of Arrow Way in Elkridge was charged with multiple counts of destruction of property and burglary.
