O'Donnell named to post at Villa Julie College

Eileen O'Donnell has been appointed director of human resources at Villa Julie College in Baltimore.

She has a bachelor's degree from Western Maryland College and master's from Towson State University.

Her responsibilities will include administering employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining personnel financial records for the college.

O'Donnell lives in Hampstead with her husband and baby daughter.

Lineboro: Firefighters from Lineboro and Manchester assisted York County, Pa., at 1: 45 a.m. yesterday, responding to a chimney fire on Hoffacker Road. Units were out one hour and 16 minutes.

Lineboro: Firefighters from Manchester and Lineboro assisted York County, Pa., at 10: 50 p.m. Monday, responding to a chimney fire in the 600 block of Simpson Road. Units were out one hour.

Lineboro: Firefighters assisted York County, Pa., at 8: 14 p.m. Monday, responding to a natural gas leak on Sunny Slope Road. Units were out 42 minutes.
