Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Central District

Carjacking: A woman was stopped at a traffic light in the 800 block of McCulloh St. on Sunday when a gunman forced his way into her gold-colored 1991 Toyota Camry and ordered her to drive off. A short distance away on Orchard Street near Druid Hill Avenue, the man forced the woman out of the car and drove off. Tag information on the car was not available.

Bank robbery: A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed the NationsBank in the first block of Light St. yesterday afternoon. The robber was about 6 feet, 4 inches tall and wore a green jacket and dark blue cap.

Bank robbery: A gunman wearing a black skull cap and a black jacket robbed the Signet Bank in the 300 block of E. Lombard St. yesterday.

Robbery: After opening his front door to what sounded like a female voice, a 69-year-old man, of the 1700 block of Eutaw Place, was robbed of $150 by a man armed with a knife Sunday.

Theft from vehicle: More than $8,000, a checkbook, cellular phone and a jacket were stolen Sunday from a 1995 Ford truck parked in the first block of E. Lombard St.

Theft from vehicle: Computer equipment valued at more than $3,000 was stolen Saturday from a 1993 Ford van parked in a garage in the first block of W. Conway St.

Robbery: An 80-year-old woman was standing at a bus stop in the 100 block of W. Fayette St. Sunday when a man asked her for a cigarette. Before the woman could reply, a second man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $80.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A television and a telephone, all valued at more than $200, were stolen Saturday from a house in the 4200 block of Reisterstown Road.

Burglary: Video games and cassette tapes, all valued at $100, were stolen Saturday from an apartment in the 4700 block of Park Heights Ave.

Robbery: A 19-year-old man and his 14-year-old brother were in the 4300 block of Reisterstown Road on Sunday when two men, one with a handgun, ordered them into an alley and robbed them of cash, clothing and property, all valued at more than $400.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Plumbing fixtures and a staircase were stolen Saturday from a house under construction in the 2800 block of Riggs Ave.

Northern District

Theft: Two bikes valued at more than $150 were stolen Sunday from the front porch of a house in the 4400 block of Newport Ave.

Burglary: Three golf carts valued at $5,000 each were stolen between Friday and Saturday from a garage at the Baltimore Zoo. Two were recovered.

North Point Precinct

Theft: Police were seeking a man known as "Gino" who stole an envelope containing more than $300 from inside a car while the owner was getting gas at a service station in the 2200 block of Wise Ave. on Sunday.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A man was in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive on Saturday when a gunman robbed him of $30 and drove off in a 1985-1990 Chevrolet Camaro.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 1100 block of Deanwood Road through a basement door Sunday and stole at least six credit cards.

Burglary: Jewelry of unknown value, credit cards and a pillowcase to carry away the property were stolen between Saturday and Sunday from a house in the 1200 block of Halstead Road.
