Elliot S. Cooperstone, vice president, exercised an option for 172,877 shares of common stock at $14.50 each from Dec. 30 to Dec. 31. To cover expenses of the transaction, Cooperstone turned in 8,271 of them for $17.31 each from Dec. 30 to Dec. 31 and sold 145,000 shares in the open market at $17.38 each from Dec. 30 to Dec. 31. He now directly and indirectly holds 42,266 common.

James S. Horrick, officer, exercised an option for 10,000 shares of common at an unreported price on Dec. 21 and now directly and/or indirectly holds 4,786 Class A common and 11,000 common.

Robert A. Kershaw, vice president, exercised an option for 22,760 shares of common at $14.50 each from Dec. 26 to Dec. 27 and sold them at $17.25 each from Dec. 26 to Dec. 27. He now directly and indirectly holds 3,339 common.
