Two people were injured in a collision on U.S. 1 near Dorsey Thursday, Howard County police said.
The vehicles collided at 2: 30 p.m. when Lori Lynn Latta, 39, of the 8000 block of Cambridge Court in Jessup, who was driving an Isuzu Amigo, tried to turn left into a driveway just south of Kit Kat Road, police said.
Latta's Isuzu collided with a northbound Honda Accord driven by Martinez Antonio Hunt, a police report said.
A preliminary investigation found that neither driver was wearing a seat belt, police said.
Hunt, 22, of the 2800 block of Mosher Street in Baltimore, and Latta were taken by helicopter to Prince George's Hospital Center. Latta was in stable condition last night, and Hunt was treated and released Friday, nursing supervisor Rose Bartosevich said.
