Horse rescue farm seeks donations of money, supplies

Days End Farm Horse Rescue is seeking donations of cash, food and supplies for winter horse care.

The Lisbon farm takes in neglected and unwanted horses and nurses them back to health. The horses are then put up for adoption by families.

Kathleen Schwartz, Days End Farm founder, said she depends on donations of money, feed, blankets, medical supplies and other necessities to help care for the horses.
