Lake Clifton routs Poly, gives Moore 200th win

Kevin Braswell led all scorers with 32 points as No. 4 Lake Clifton (8-3) defeated visiting Poly, 77-54, yesterday to give coach Charlie Moore his 200th career victory and extend the Lakers' home win streak to 30, dating to 1994.

Moore is in his 10th season at Lake Clifton and has compiled a 200-46 record, including a Class 4A state title in 1995.

"It is very exciting, and I owe it all to the kids," Moore said. "It [200 wins] was in the back of my mind when the season started, but I just tryed to stay focused and concentrate on the season."
