Ellicott City: 3300 block of Oak West Drive: Someone broke into a house through a basement door Friday or Saturday. Cash was stolen from the house.

Elkridge: 7100 block of Columbia Gateway Drive: A computer was stolen from the Gateway Dental offices yesterday after someone smashed the front glass window, reached into the building and unplugged the equipment.

Elkridge: 4900 block of Ilchester Road: A window at Ilchester Elementary School was kicked in Sunday and someone broke into the building. No property was reported missing or stolen.

Elkridge: 6700 block of Alexander Bell Drive: The lock to one of the office doors had been pried off Saturday while another door had no indications of tampering. An inner door was unsecured and the wood around the lock had been chipped away. No property was reported missing or stolen.

Elkridge: 9100 block of Red Branch Road: Someone entered the offices of Bowman Inc. through an unlocked window Thursday or Friday. Checks and cash were stolen.
