General Motors Corp.

Kenneth R. Baker, officer, exercised an option for 6,000

shares of common stock at $33.88 each Nov. 7 and sold them at $55.57 each Nov. 7 and now directly and/or indirectly holds 817 Class H common and 6,675 common.

Leon Jeffrey Krain, no longer required to file as an insider, exercised an option for 8,610 shares of common at $37.47 each Nov. 21. To cover expenses of the transaction, Krain turned in 6,956 of them for $56.75 each Nov. 21 and now directly and/or indirectly holds 28,919 common and 5,583 Class H common.

Homi K. Patel, vice president, exercised an option for 10,660 shares of common between $37.47 and $41.50 each from Nov. 14 to Nov. 15 and sold 12,738 shares between $55.07 and $55.37 each from Nov. 14 to Nov. 15. He now directly and/or indirectly jTC holds 11,873 common and 4,840 Class H common.

Ned S. McClurg, vice president, exercised an option for 4,590 shares of common between $33.88 and $37.32 each Nov. 14 and sold them at $55.38 each Nov. 14 and now directly and/or indirectly holds 2,680 common and 451 Class H common.

Thomas Foster, no longer required to file as an insider, sold 1,000 shares of common at $41.50 each Oct. 29 and now directly and indirectly holds 15,912 common.

Gerald T. Garland, officer, exercised an option for 18,745 shares of common between $3.67 and $12 each Oct. 28. To cover expenses of the transaction, Garland turned in 2,367 of them for $42.25 each Oct. 28 and he now directly and indirectly holds 44,884 common.
