A Millersville man was fatally injured late Friday when a car in the westbound lane of U.S. 50 in Queen Anne's County skidded on ice, crossed the median and collided with his station wagon, state police reported.

Larry Frank Fuller, 46, of the 8300 block of Jumpers Hole Road died at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center several hours after the 11: 55 p.m. accident near Arrington Road. Police said Fuller was driving east on U.S. 50 when his car was struck on the driver's side by a car driven by Thomas Wilson Langmore, 18, of Centreville, who suffered a leg injury in the accident.

Langmore's car hit a patch of ice on the shoulder of the westbound lane and slid sideways across the median strip, police said. The accident closed U.S. 50 for 2 1/2 hours. No charges have been filed.
