Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Southeastern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed Seafarer Lounge in the 700 block of S. Bond St. yesterday. Police said the gunman fits the description of a man who has robbed several other Fells Point bars in the past two months.

Robbery try/shooting: A 43-year-old man was trying to purchase drugs in the 6300 block of Elliott St. yesterdaywhen a man and woman approached and demanded his money. When the victim refused, the woman pulled a handgun and shot him in both legs. He was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Eastern District

Shooting/arrest: Two men were in the 1600 block of E. Lafayette Ave. arguing about money Sunday when one shot the other in the left leg. The man was in serious but stable condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday. Police arrested a suspect and charged him with attempted murder, assault by shooting and using a handgun in the commission of a felony. Lewis Godsey, 25, of the 3400 block of Shannon Drive was being held without bond at Central Booking and Intake Center.

Shooting: A 19-year-old man was in stable condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday after he was shot in the stomach during an argument over money with a man in the 2100 block of E. Eager St. on Sunday.

Northern District

Bank robbery: Two men robbed the Signet Bank in the 5100 block of Roland Ave. yesterday after giving a teller a holdup note.

Theft: Police were seeking a woman named "Donna," who stole a diamond-studded gold watch valued at more than $100 from a house in the 700 block of E. 30th St. on Sunday. She had entered the house and asked the occupant for a cigarette.

Assault: A security officer at Anderson Oldsmobile in the 2500 block of N. Howard St. was struck over the head with a tire iron by a man he saw bending down between two cars on the lot Sunday. The guard was not seriously injured.

Northwestern District

Robbery: A man was walking to his car in the 4100 block of Reisterstown Road on Sunday when a gunman robbed him of cash and property, all valued at more than $200.

Assault: The owner of the Preakness Lounge in the 4100 block of Pimlico Road was telling several men not to loiter outside the business Sunday when some of them beat him with their fists and sticks. No arrests were made and the victim refused medical treatment.

Western District

Theft from auto: Abduction/assault: A security officer reported she was waiting for a ride to work at North and Fulton avenues Sunday when two men offered to drive her. The men drove to the 2200 block of Reisterstown Road, where they forced the woman into a house. There, they ordered her to disrobe and sexually assaulted her while her hands and feet were bound with rope. Hours later, the woman was driven to nearby Fulton Avenue and released. No arrests had been made.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: The manager of the Royal Farm store in the 6100 block of Holabird Ave. was about to make a night deposit at the NationsBank in the 1500 block of Merritt Blvd. on Sunday when a gunman robbed her of a large sum of money.

Robbery: A 20-year-old woman was waiting for a ride in the 7900 block of Eastern Blvd. Sunday when a motorist stopped and offered her one. Before the woman could respond, the motorist pulled a gun and robbed her of jewelry and a pager, all valued at nearly $400. Later, police recovered the car but had not made an arrest.

Drug arrest: After being stopped at Wise Avenue and Lynch Road Sunday for driving a 1995 Dodge Dakota with a temporary tag, part of which could not be plainly seen, the driver gave police a false name. Police searched the vehicle and found a syringe, suspected heroin and a bottle cap containing suspected heroin residue.
