Sirni, McCormick appointed to Eastpoint Mall posts
Eastpoint Mall has announced the appointment of Joseph Sirni as general manager for the East Baltimore area shopping complex. The 20-year retail manager will oversee all facets of daily mall operations. Prior to coming to Eastpoint, he was general manager of Laurel Center in Prince George's County.
Also, John McCormick was named director of security. He will formulate and implement security policies for the mall and its merchants. McCormick, a retired Baltimore County police officer, previously was manager of the Baltimore office of Argenbright Security Inc.

Rebecca Joyner in charge of bank's human resources
Bank of Glen Burnie has appointed Rebecca M. Joyner as director of human resources. She will manage benefits, compensation and employee relations. Previously, she was a vice president with Loyola Bank. A graduate of the University of Virginia, the Laurel resident is active in the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.
The north Anne Arundel County financial institution also named Alison Tavik director of marketing. She formerly was publications specialist for North Arundel Hospital. A resident of Glen Burnie, she is a graduate of Salisbury State University with a degree in mass communication.
Baltimore Life Insurance Co. has elected four vice presidents: Larry D. Green, independent marketing sales division; Paul E. Neumayer, corporate marketing; Brian P. Stricker, actuarial department; and Bill Vigliotte, customer service.
Green has been with the insurer since 1983, is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and is active in the Spina Bifida Association of Maryland. Neumayer, of Towson, holds a master's degree from the Johns Hopkins University. He is active in Literacy Works and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Maryland.
Stricker, a graduate of Towson State, also was appointed illustration actuary. He is active in several athletic organizations. Vigliotte, active in Junior Achievement, graduated from Boston State College and resides in Marriottsville.
