Maryland (4-5, 2-4) vs. Georgia Tech (5-3, 4-3)

Site: Byrd Stadium, College Park

Time: 8

TV/Radio: ESPN/WBAL (1090 AM), WTOP (1500 AM)

Line: Georgia Tech by 5

Outlook: Maryland, a slight underdog, will try to send 21 seniors out in style, help coach Mark Duffner's bid to keep his job, and wreck Georgia Tech's bowl plans. The Yellow Jackets have lost their past two games, by three at Clemson and by 46 to Florida State. Maryland's last game was a 32-point pasting at Clemson. The Terps will be without Buddy Rodgers, their best running back. The Yellow Jackets' C. J. Williams has gained 246 yards against Maryland the last two years. It is the first nationally televised game from Byrd Stadium since 1989. Classes are in session, and fans are encouraged to arrive between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
