Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from Taneytown and Westminster assisted Pleasant Valley at 4: 38 p.m. Monday, responding for a fire alarm in the 1900 block of Old Taneytown Road. Units were out 27 minutes.

Westminster: Firefighters from Reese assisted Westminster at 11: 27 p.m. Monday, responding for a fire alarm in the 100 block of Railroad Ave. Units were out 10 minutes.

Police

Westminster: An employee of Cranberry Mall on North Center Street told police Monday that someone damaged a surveillance camera. The loss was estimated at $700.

Westminster: An employee of Bell Atlantic on East Main Street told police Monday that someone stole a wheel from a vehicle that was parked outside the office. The loss was estimated at $180.

Westminster: An employee of Cranberry Liquors in Cranberry Square told police Monday that someone stole money from the store cash register. The loss was estimated at $248.
