Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Southern District

Robbery: A woman was walking in the 800 block of W. Cross St. yesterday when she was struck in the face by a man who robbed her of $20.

Murder try: A Cherry Hill woman was charged with attempted murder after an altercation in her home Sunday. A man was stabbed in the back and treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Charged is Kamika Williams, 35, of the 2500 block of Seamon Ave.

Theft: A man was in the 1500 block of Ramsay St. on Tuesday when another man asked him for money. When the victim refused, the man reached into the victim's back pocket and removed a pager, valued at $30.

Central District

Theft: A laptop computer valued at more than $2,000 was stolen Sunday from the Bell Atlantic business office in the 100 block of E. Pratt St.

Central District

Burglary: A 20-inch television valued at $150 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1900 block of Druid Hill Ave.

Burglary: Police were seeking a known suspect who entered Strapazza Ristorante in the 200 block of N. Charles St. on Tuesday through a rear door and took a phone and three bottles of liquor. When an employee saw him, he dropped the phone and fled.

Northern District

Burglary: Stereo equipment and a TV, all valued at $200, were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 800 block of Argonne Drive.

Robbery: A teen-age boy was in the 700 block of E. 35th St. on Tuesday when he was robbed of money, jewelry and a cell phone by a man who implied he was armed with a handgun.

Robbery: A Hampden man was in the 200 block of W. 28th St. on Tuesday when he was assaulted by two men who robbed him of $20.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A 1992 Dodge with tags ZRH 223 was stolen Tuesday in the first block of Mardrew Road.

Stolen car: A 1992 Nissan 300 was stolen Tuesday from the 300 block of Martingale Ave.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: A 15-year-old boy was riding his bike in the 1800 block of Summit Ave. on Tuesday when two older youths shoved him to the ground and stole the bike, valued at $500.

Stolen vehicle: A 1995 Ford E-150 cargo van valued at $15,000 was stolen Tuesday from a parking lot in the 7900 block of Pulaski Highway.

Burglary: A go-cart valued at $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from a shed in the 4600 block of Bucks School House Road.

Theft/arrests: Police arrested a Harford County couple accused of trying to leave Macy's at White Marsh Mall without paying for more than $500 worth of clothing Tuesday. Dreama Hall, 19, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive, Edgewood, and Jeffrey Grove, 22, of the 300 block of Fox Road, Havre de Grace, were released on their own recognizance.

Theft: A 52-year-old Bel Air woman allegedly tried to leave Macy's at White Marsh Mall on Tuesday without paying for dishes, clothing and a food mixer, all valued at more than $100. She was detained by store security personnel and released later after providing identification. Charges were pending.
