'Deliveryman,' others rob Linthicum home

November 05, 1996

Three men, one dressed as a deliveryman, forced their way into a Linthicum home Friday, bound three residents at gunpoint and stole jewelry and a safe, county police said.

Ying Tai Wan, 58, told police she opened the door of her home on Medora Road for a deliveryman shortly after 1 p.m. He and two others forced their way in, bound her, her mother and her grandchild and held them at gunpoint while they took jewelry and a safe.

The robbers fled in a small white car, police said.
