A woman was killed Saturday when two cars collided at Benfield Boulevard and Route 3 in Millersville, county police said yesterday.

Mildred Estella Hupp, 73, of the 700 block of N. Mesa Road in Millersville suffered internal injuries and a heart attack when the Plymouth Concorde driven by her husband was struck on the passenger side by a Dodge Neon at about 4: 30 p.m., said Officer Greg Russell.

She was pronounced dead on arrival at North Arundel Hospital, the officer said.

Ernest Henry Hupp, 74, the driver of the Plymouth, and Gregory Gene McGrady, 23, of the 1800 block of Meade Court in Millersville, the driver of the Dodge, were treated for minor injuries at North Arundel and released, Russell said.

Russell said Ernest Hupp's car was turning left from northbound Route 3 onto Benfield Boulevard to enter Interstate 97 when it collided with the Dodge, which was southbound on Route 3.
